Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days from receipt. Recipients of gifts will be credited at the price paid by the purchaser provided the original order can be identified. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in salable condition. When exchanging merchandise, please include the appropriate shipping and handling charge for your new order. Returns and Exchanges can be arranged by email at store@nelson-atkins.org or by phone at 816-751-0420. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately.
